Boiken Sinaj serves as the Project Administrative Coordinator at the College of Europe from June 2023.
He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Pisa in Italy, with additional post-graduates masters and qualifications in Governance and EU Law from the University of Tirana and the University of Valencia.
Before joining the College of Europe, Boiken worked as the Local and Stakeholder Manager at ARS Progetti, an Italian consulting firm, where he managed coordination and logistics for international projects. He also worked as an external consultant for PRAGMA in Florence, focusing on project design, bussiness development and innovation.
Additionally, Boiken has collaborated with the Italian Embassy in Tirana, served as Country Representative for the NGO COSV, and worked as a Project Consultant for FIIAPP - Fundación Internacional y para Iberoamérica de Administración y Politicas Públicas, contributing to projects on competition policies and fight against international organized crime.
Boiken specializes in strategic program development and management, particularly in EU External Aid programs and international development in the Western Balkans.
He is fluent in Albanian, Italian, English, and Spanish.
