About the course

A retreat for professionals to cultivate collaborative skills: stakeholder engagement, communication within and across teams, emotional intelligence, inclusiveness and multi-party negotiations and coordination.

This new executive education course aims to support professionals who manage teams or are moving to a management position for the first time in their careers, with a specific focus on the unique traits and challenges of the EU work landscape. 

This programme is designed to equip participants with advanced soft skills essential for navigating the complexities of leading and coordinating teams in the EU workplace. In order to create a healthier and more inclusive workplace, leadership and managerial skills are essential as they shape the environment in which people can grow and thrive. 

At the end of the course participants will gain the following competencies:
