Format and dates: 

The ETCR seminar will take place at the College of Europe Bruges campus from 29 June to 10 July 2026. 

Fee: 

The full tuition fee of € 3.750,00 includes: 

• Participation in the seminar; 
• Training materials; 
• Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners (weekdays only); 
• Accommodation in one of the College of Europe’s residences from Sunday 28 June to Friday 10 July 2026;
• Study visits to Brussels and Antwerp; 
• Social events;
• A certificate upon completion of the course.

All other costs are at the expense of the participant or their employer. Please refer to the registration page for further details on the price.

Accommodation: All participants are offered a single room in one of the residences of the College of Europe in the historic city centre of Bruges. All rooms are comfortably designed and equipped with essential facilities including private bathrooms and free internet connection. Cleaning service is available daily. Towels and sheets will be provided in the rooms. The residences also offer self-laundry facilities (washing machine and iron available, no washing powder), lounges for common use as well as dining rooms where buffet breakfast is served. Seminar rooms: The lecture rooms are situated in the modern and centrally located Verversdijk and Dijver buildings of the College of Europe. Each room is fully equipped with modern teaching facilities and wireless internet.
