Navigating the UN Security Council: Sharing Best Practices from the European Union.
Within the framework of the EU-funded project Policy Outreach Partnership with Mexico and Central America, the College of Europe is pleased to organise a training course for Panamanian diplomats on ‘Navigating the UN Security Council’, with a focus on sharing best practices from the European Union. The training will take place from 3 to 6 September 2024 – ahead of Panama being part of the United Nations Security Council as a non-permanent member for the period 2025-2026.
