Adam BEUNARDEAU-PAMMEN

Adam Beunardeau-Pammen (FR/UK) joined the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies as an Academic Assistant in August 2024.

He holds a joint MA in Transatlantic Affairs from the College of Europe and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (2022-2024, International Relations and Diplomacy track), a MA in European and International Studies from Université Aix-Marseille (2020-2022), and a BA from the Université Clermont Auvergne (2017-2020). He also attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2022) and the University of Helsinki (2019) as an exchange student.

Before joining the College, Adam was a trainee at the Secretariat General of the Council of the EU within the General and Institutional Policy Directorate General, GIP.A (2024), and an intern for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), working on the defence team for one of the defendants in the 9/11 attacks (2020). He also served as an intern in the EU consultancy sector at Arcturus Group in Brussels (Belgium, 2023).

Fields of interest: security and defence, negotiations and diplomacy, energy and climate policy, enlargement, EU-UK relations, EU-US and EU-China relations, EU strategic autonomy.
