Paola Di Marzo joined the College of Europe in July 2024.
She is an expert in EU-funded programs in the field of youth and higher education, specializing in capacity building, service learning, civic engagement, and sustainable internationalisation.
At the Executive Education, Training, and Projects Office, Paola manages various training activities, executive education courses, and projects.
Before joining the College of Europe, Paola worked with NGOs and Higher Education Institutions, overseeing grants acquisition, project design and implementation, event and training organization, and grassroots activity coordination. She also has experience in monitoring and evaluation thanks to her work at the European Commission.
Paola holds a BA and MA in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna, Italy. She speaks Italian, English, and French, and is learning Spanish.
