Registration is now open for Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II – Strengthening Ukrainian Public Administration for EU Integration

This initiative supports Ukraine’s European aspirations by equipping public sector professionals with the knowledge and tools required to effectively manage the EU accession process and implement reforms. 

Key highlights of the programme:  

  • The tailored onsite knowledge and analytical skills programme in Natolin for 100 selected Ukrainian public sector employees 
  • A training of trainers module for alumni and civil servants to expand long-term impact 
  • 22 tailor-made e-learning courses, with selected content open to the wider public 
  • Onsite intensive training sessions in Kyiv, reaching 180 participants 
  • Expert-led webinars on the most pressing EU integration topics

We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the first two editions of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme at the College of Europe in Natolin (Poland).

These editions will explore key areas relevant to Ukraine’s EU integration process:

  • Core fundamentals, social policies and foreign relations and policies
  • Internal Market

Through an unique blend of theory and practice, the project helps Ukrainian civil servants deepen their understanding of EU law and policy, contribute to legal harmonization, and provide knowledge and skills for preparing negotiation positions — all within a collaborative learning environment.
