Dr Jan Boguslawski supports Natolin students in building their policy writing and policy analysis skills.
He is a political scientist and lecturer specializing in European comparative social policy, with a special focus on social insurance and housing. He earned his PhD from Sciences Po Paris in 2025, holds degrees from UCL and LSE in London, and has completed visiting research stays at Oxford, the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne and CEU Budapest. His policy work includes collaborations with think tanks such as FEPS, Freedom House and GMF and his writing featured in outlets such as Jacobin, Politico and Gazeta Wyborcza.
