Natolin Students Explore Religion & Diplomacy at Apostolic Nunciature in Warsaw

Natolin students from the Religion and Politics Nest recently had the unique opportunity to visit the Apostolic Nunciature in Warsaw, where they were warmly received by Archbishop Antonio FILIPAZZI.

During the visit, Archbishop FILIPAZZI shared valuable insights into the diplomatic mission of the Holy See, emphasising the significant role of the universal Church in global affairs. He discussed the pivotal responsibilities of the Apostolic Nuncio, with particular focus on the position’s symbolic importance as the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in various countries. The Archbishop also delved into the intricate diplomatic challenges faced by the Nuncio in fostering international relations.

The visit provided students with a deeper understanding of the intersection between religion and diplomacy, enriching their perspectives on how these two spheres interact on the global stage.
