Intern (remote) in the Promotion and Recruitment Office - College of Europe in Natolin

The College of Europe in Natolin, with its postgraduate Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies, is at the cutting edge of the academic study of new developments in the EU and its neighbourhoods. It attracts students from all over Europe and beyond. We are currently looking for an intern to join remotely the Promotion and Recruitment Office for three months, from June until August 2025.

About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support research activities related to our alumni network. This position involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing findings, and compiling comprehensive data on the career trajectories and professional sectors of our alumni.

The most important tasks include:

  • Conduct research on the professional profiles of alumni using various sources (e.g., LinkedIn, search engines);
  • Analyze research findings to identify relevant insights;
  • Compile and maintain a structured database with the collected information.

Qualifications:

  • Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken);
  • Strong command of digital tools, particularly MS Office and LinkedIn;
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About the position:

  • Duration: 3 months (June – August 2025).
  • Modality: fully remote.
  • Type: remunerated civil law contract (umowa zlecenie) under Polish legislation.
