College of Europe Trains ILO Staff in Key Skills

Between the end of February and the beginning of May 2025, the Executive Education, Training & Projects Office of the College of Europe - has organised two online training sessions on Presentation Skills (in French and Spanish) and two on Negotiation Skills (also in both languages and online). A total of 50 participants, both managers and staff, from 20 countries across Latin America, Africa, and Europe have taken part in the sessions, aiming to enhance their skills to better support the ILO’s mission of promoting social justice.

Two additional sessions on Presentation Skills are scheduled before the summer, with further trainings planned for autumn and winter, including the launch of the Effective Writing Skills training.

These training courses are organised in the framework of three service contracts on Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Effective Writing Skills. These contracts run until spring 2027, enabling collaboration and the delivery of high-quality, multilingual training to diverse and interdisciplinary international audiences.
