CoET students complete advanced EPSO training

Last week, we welcomed back the CEO of CALIPA Coaching and College of Europe alumnus, Dr. Lieven Tack, to our Tirana campus for the second phase of the EPSO training.

This phase focused on the written test, the EPSO Competency Framework, and the interview stage. Students explored very important competencies; including critical thinking, decision-making, information management, and teamwork. Through practical exercises, they learned how these competencies are assessed and how to present them effectively.

Huge thank you to our career officer, Xhafer Rakipllari, who continues to connect academic study with real career pathways in the EU institutions for our students. We look forward to seeing our Victoria Amelina promotion making an impact through their careers.
