Throughout the academic year, the IDEAs Programme organises events that provide academic counterpoints and insights to the students’ core curriculum. These events bring together researchers and practitioners affiliated with or close to the IDEAs Programme, who are invited to present their work and share their views on European societies within the College.

In 2024-2025, IDEAs organised in collaboration with the College of Europe Bruges Library a cycle of book presentations, which program, speakers and books. 

In 2023-2024, IDEAs organised a cycle of conferences on the thema "Global Europe in the real new millenium", which aimed at investigating, discussing and documenting the impact of Covid-19 on the future of European societies.
