Dr. Vitaly PRUZHANSKY is a practicing economist with many years of consulting experience. He advises clients on a wide range of competition policy matters, including mergers and acquisitions, abuse of dominance, horizontal and vertical agreements, State aid, and litigation. In addition to his advisory work, Vitaly has conducted numerous trainings for competition authorities on the use of economics in enforcement and decision-making.
Vitaly is listed in the Competition Economists chapter of Who’s Who Legal: Consulting Experts. He has published articles on economic theory and competition policy in leading journals such as the European Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Competition Law and Economics, International Journal of Game Theory, ZWeR, Theory and Decision. Before becoming an independent expert, he worked for RBB Economics and McKinsey & Company.
The title of his lecture will be "Main theories of harm in merger control".
