Job Vacancy: Academic Administrator in the Academic Administration Office - College of Europe in Natolin
The College of Europe in Natolin, with its postgraduate Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies, is at the cutting edge of the academic study of new developments in the EU and its neighbourhoods. We are currently seeking applications for the position of full-time Academic Administrator in the Academic Administration Office with a starting date in February 2025.
We are looking for candidates with:
- a master’s degree;
- a perfect command of English (C1 level); good knowledge of Polish is an asset;
- computer literacy, very good knowledge of MS Office 365, Excel, Outlook;
- high sense of responsibility and initiative;
- attention to detail;
- ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
Tasks include:
- organizing visiting professors’ travels and the logistics of the students’ semestrial study visits;
- processing academic data, including marks and attendance, of the students coming from over 30 countries worldwide;
- conducting correspondence with students, professors, and other staff members whenever needed;
- preparing necessary documentation, including attestations for students, and reports.
